Nahargarh Biological Park Trips
I have recently visited last Sunday in Nahargarh Biological Park with my family. A very good place to hang out with family or friends. Good place only in rainy and winter time. It's a zoological park where you can see wild animals in the open-yard cage. You can find here - Lion, Indian tiger, white tiger, panther, crocodile, bear, various species of deer and other wild animals. Close view of wildlife. Also good facilities for sitting and drinking water. Loved it!
Its a great place to take your kids and even for adults to visit, if interested in wild animals. They've got white tigers, lion, leopard, deer, emu, some wild cats etc.. But the main attraction according to me is The Bengal Tiger, which looks just amazing. The ticket price can be found on site or by contacting them. There is parking facility.
Neat and clean place. Many varieties of animals but there was no support staff to guide or tell us more about the inmates. Nice big area for animals to roam around while they are in the captivity. Wild animals cage had a deep dump in between the barricades for the safety. Majority of animals were at the other end. May be they were frightened from a lot of people around. Authorities should arrange for guides and guards so that animals are not intimidated and may stay near to cage for good view. They should also start some activities to increase engagement and give opportunity to people to know more the animals and have some take aways from the zoo. Overall a good weekend visit. As the place is open to sky, day trip during summer is not recommended.
Man made zoo. A picnic zone. Large area. Could have been better. Basically I hate caged or enclosed animals... This is bigger than a zoo but definitely not a sanctuary. It's an entertainment facility for people. Sunday and Holidays sees unprecedented crowds!
The place is located on Jaipur Delhi highway. Located between hills the place is clean. Has entry ticket. E rickshaw take you to main entrance from outside parking. However one can pay extra and take his own vehicle inside the park till the entry gate of biological park. The distance between main entrance to the park gate is about 1 km. Its preferred to take your vehicle upto the park entrance.
