  • Great place to enjoy cricket Really enjoyed watching the IPL match between Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings this week. Paid for the seats in Gold section. Great seats, good leg room, good food and soft drinks, but don't expect VIP treatment! And I’m afraid the ladies’ loos were the most disgusting I've seen in India (including Delhi and several Rajasthan cities). Not what I would expect for a premium ticket for a premium event at a major stadium. They need sorting out. But the cricket was amazing and the whole event was exciting, colourful and full of energy.

  • Not one of the best places to watch a match. Sitting is limited and stands are small. Its an old stadium which reminds you of stadiums like the Newlands in Cape town, South Africa. Many parts made of old wood which feels gives feeling royalty. The North and South blocks are good for cricketing view. The west stands also give a good view but cricket is enjoyed from the front. Parking is a big issue here. There are multiple gates of entries.

  • The stadium has an excellent location, easy access and a well managed crowd. However the stadium is very small, seating is flat and vision is blocked due to barricades and security personal moving in front of you. It's always fun watching a match in a stadium but unfortunately i could bout watch a single ball properly due to the visual barriers stated above. Hopefully with the fresh money coming due to the IPL matches the government will overhaul the stadium to match the standards of other cities across India.

  • Great place, the main thing I loved about it that distinguished it from other stadium was security. Usually fans stand on their seats and block the view of others sitting behind them but here people could only stand for few seconds. The only thing I hate about it, is that prices for everything were very high. A bottle of water was of 50rs and nothing much to eat or were priced too high. While it's clearly illegal there was no one to complain. But it happens everywhere so I made my peace with that but beside that toilets and seats were clean. One thing also bothered me that fences were very high and there were two fences and they were blocking the view so front seats are not good in my opinion. You can't watch clearly what's happening. But top seats were great the view was amazing from there.
