  • They don't allow flip flops in the changing room or around the pool. Nice risk for athlete's foot! The pools were ok, so nice that they are outside. Two large hot pools and 2 ice cold small pools. I think they should expand the cafe area a bit. Reasonable charge for the pools, but it is extra for towel, locker use, etc.

  • AWESOME PLACE TO VISIT!!!! If you are in Jasper than you must visit this place. Very clean, the staff is friendly and also there is a small shop were you can serve a nice meal and some nice treats. Very good and the price is good also. MIETTE RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The first time we went here it was the end of the season in October and the facility was well-maintained, clean, and not crowded. We recently went here on a long weekend in the summer and the pool was so dirty I could literally see dead skin floating in the water. I think it's because there were just so many people in the pool that's hard to be prevented. Still gross, though. I had to leave after noticing that. The change rooms are also not the cleanest. Staff were pleasant. The first time we would have given 5 stars but after our recent visit I'd lower to 3.

  • So beautiful here. It felt pretty secluded being surrounded by mountains. To get here, you have to take an insane numbering of winding roads. Felt like a race track.

  • A great place to visit on your way back East to relax stiff camping and hiking muscles! Staff were friendly, everything was clean and pool temperatures maintained comfortably. It would be nice to have signs directing people to the coolest vs warmest pool, but it was easy enough to find out! Beautiful view!
