Jeju Glass Castle - Review
It's not everyday that you see a theme park for glass art. The 200 pieces of art in this attraction are exhibited in two sections, one outdoors and the other indoors. Altogether they look like something out of a fairytale, but also from the future. The main attractions are:
- A glass Beanstalk from the Jack and the Beanstalk tale
- A room full of mirrors that looks like a dream
- Glass fishes made from recycled bottles
- The pyramid of glass that lights up colorfully at night
- Glass flower bed
- A glass bridge
- A lake of mirrors
The tems have been made by artists from all over the world including Japan, the Czech Republic, and Korea itself. While all of this is enchanting to look at, naturally, if you break anything, you'd be in trouble. For an extra fee, you can even create your own glass works.

Jeju Glass Castle, Jeju-si Reviews
It was my wife's idea to go here, and I have to admit that I was not enthused. Once I arrived, I was pleaseantly surprised at all the beautiful glass work from around the glode. I enjoyed the indoor museum just as much as the outdoor trail. And, I couldn't stop taking pictures. I have included them for your pleasure. Enjoy...and visit.
Deceptively small but covers a surprisingly large area. The glass works are beautifully made and amusing. Although it was only a tiny part of the museum, my favorite part was the collection of glass mushrooms!
Very pretty place to take pictures.. you will need maybe 1 hour at this place as there is something like a jungle trail..will feel very close to nature.
Better at night. Lots of places to take those "perfect" Instagram photos.
This place shows up as Jeju Glass Castle on the maps. It is much larger and more impressive than we anticipated. There is a lot of glass crafts in very creative settings as well as live glass blower and workshop to make your own glass jewelry. There is small convenience store next to ticket office for snacks, coffee, and other needs. We also recommend Jeju Folk Village and Manjaggul if you have time. We advise avoiding Mini Land Park. It is expensive and falling apart. Chefline Park is right across from Canola flower fields.
