The island of Jeju has a rich mythological history. For many Koreans the island resembles Paradise. This stone Park does a wonderful job of communicating that mystique. There are three main walking trails. Stone figures and structures decorate and loom over these trails. The highlights of the park are:

• The Sky Pond : A feature that plays a prominent role in Jeju's legend
• The Jeju Stone Museum : Narrates the history of Jeju's formation through geological and volcanic activities
• The dolharubang : Grandfather stones that have various expression on their faces
• Obaek Jang-Goon Gallery : A multicultural art space
• The Mother's room : A room containing a sculpture, that when shone upon by light, gives a shadow that looks like a mother cradling a child 

Make sure to set aside a lot of time when visiting this park. Visitors think they will only check it out for one hour and end up staying for three.
