The Josie Morris cabin is located in Jensen, in the United States. The park has a great many attractions to offer, but the most outstanding is the quarry exhibit hall, which becomes the star of the dinosaur national monument. But the most interesting of them all is The Josie Morris cabin. It is a little ranch at the end of the cub creek. The cabin gets its name from when Josie Bassett Morris occupied the little log cabin until in 1963. The cabin is simple and isolated, and handmade, in a beautiful setting across the creek. It makes you want to live there. The cabin is still there with a spring, some fencing, with an outhouse, a tumbled-down chicken coop, and few other remnants. You can go in and look around; the cabin takes you back in time and makes you wonder how the woman stayed alone and carried on her work for more than half a century.
