Warren St Pier, Jersey City Reviews - Write a Review

  • Poor service and misrepresentation of hours. The web site said ferries were on the half hour, the sign at the entrance said the same, but a small and confusing sign on the dock was unclear. We just wanted to cross the canal, 50 yards, from Liberty State Park to Warren Street. The ferry arrived at 3:00pm but the Captain said they were leaving in 1/2 hour, not on time. We asked him to just ferry us across and come back, but he refused. They just sat there for 30 minutes. We took an Uber back to the other side. Other customers just walked away.

  • Very often late and the ferry needs replacement - super noisy and terrible diesel fumes. The location is great though.
