Carlton Centre? Best ice skating ring you can find in 1986. Today I think there are shops and am sure there are some great parking spots. Other than that, unless you work there... Let us all hope for a return to the whimsical days of 1986. (The ice has since melted.)
This mall looks small from the outside but when you get inside, it is humongous. It goes three floors down!😱 At least there are escalators and stairs. It is not really friendly towards disabled people as they will have a hard time getting to the escalators. Shops are properly arranged especially the restaurants which are all clustered together. It has a lot of foot traffic. One major supermarket there is PicknPay.
Variety is the spice of life..at Carlton Centre you choose from Fast Food outlets to restaurants then Grocery shops as well as Clothing and Phone shops. There are so many things to do, like banking and Joburg site seeing as you view the city from the tallest building in Johannesburg....
I think the place is good, the only issue is crime especially at small street. The way the crime is high like one can think maybe this guy's they pay tax to our government. Because no one arrest them. And this crime it makes this place to loose it's value. Is not safe at all.
Good place to be but the escalators are not working. That is why i gave it a 3 rating. The food court in s down and you have to use escalators that are not working.
