Carlton Centre Observation Deck - Review

From  the 50th floor of the Carlton Centre, the tallest building in Johannesberg, you can gaze down at the grand panorama of Johannesberg. The Observation deck floor has several sectons, including a shopping area.

To facilitate larger conveyance during the rush hours, an underground shopping mall has been introduced along with a recreational ice skating enclosure, and the route has been connected to the Carlton Hotel. • I have been coming to the Carlton centre for over 20 years. It used to be fun to hang out, catch a movie, get my hair done. Full of teens these days .Now its a place to pass through on my way to somewhere. There are some hidden gems including the top floor but the centre deserves an upgrade, much better , more visible security, better variety of shops , bring back more of the unusual shopd

  • Spurs Carlton centre is really great, however their service is sometimes very slow even when there are not a lot of people to be served. They also need to look at their closing time as well since at the moment they kinda close way too early

  • escalators are always having problems , toilets need to be added some artificial scent. Shops are perfect & big space

  • Over crowded. Ancient facilities and deco. Props on the variety of stores. Big mall with no cinema. Sadly it has lost its essence.

  • Not in the safest part of Jhb city but convenient with banks, most take away restaurants and chain stores.
