Kaikoura Farm Park - Review
The Kaikoura farm is a wonderful place to visit in the town. If you are traveling with kids, this one is a definite must visit. The concept is that you get to visit a traditional farm in New Zealand. Additionally you get to interact with the amazing farm animals in the place.
Ponies, pigs, sheep and even deer can be found here. Kids love to cuddle up with these furry friends while parents will love the authentic farmland experience. The great part is that city-dwellers get to experience the joy of having an animal farm away from the constant buzz of the city.
The farm is a unique lovely and back-to-the-basics sort of an experience that is a wonderful day-trip in Kaikoura.

Kaikoura Farm Park, Kaikoura Reviews
The place is a bit run down but I guess that's why the cheap entrance fees. The animals are kinda aggressive with the visitors, all rushing to us for food. One of the goats literally attacks me, luckily the worker was there to help me. They have a variety of animals and they are pretty adorable when they don't push for food.
Great experience. They leave you be, the mountains are gorgeous, the animals wake you early (part of the experience!), and the camel smell of the yurt is very slight and not unpleasant. It was a bit cold, but the bed warmer put us all out within moments. Go to Kaikoura point for the hike around the end of the peninsula.
Great fun to play with a lot of friendly animals. Advertised as free in brochure, but it did cost us $5. Nonetheless it was fun and worth a quick visit.
👌👌👌 🐷🐎🐐🐰🐔🐓 Very enjoyable.
Excellent place to get in close with normal farm animals!
