  • Went to this i-Site on a Tuesday afternoon, instead of getting a warm welcome, the lady (older and sounded French) was very rude to us. Instead of offering suggestions of things to do like all i-Sites, we had to ask all the questions. If we didn't ask, she wouldn't have told us what to do. Asked her whether there is anything to do in the rainy cloudy weather, she look at us in disbelief and told us, what weather? Never been so put off with her customer service. At the end of the day, you are representing your town and your country, don't treat tourist like scum.

  • The I site staff have all the information you will need at their fingertips..A great place to visit.

  • This is a great spot! It's a great start to find everything you want to do in the area!

  • Very helpful in organising trips we wanted to do. Phoned the companies for us and arranged the dates, then all we had to do was pay. Credit card that will do nicely. They were very chatting and gave local tips.

  • Great source of tourist and tramping information.
