This drawbridge was built across the Pregol River in place of the German one destroyed during the war. The Jubilee footbridge connects the Island and the downtown. Its architecture imitates Kaiser-Brucke, the earlier bridge. Today, it’s beautiful granite embankment and a nice small control house is one of the most romantic sites in the town.
