21st Century Museum Of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa-shi Reviews
A few very nice exhibits, but not a lot here. Probably a very good place for families with children. A few exhibits they can play in outside, and a very large creative area for children inside. The popular swimming pool exhibit was very cool. The gift shop was very nice as well. Some of the exhibits are free, but many require tickets.
Quite small and easily crowded museum because of its famous swimming pool illusion. Only visited the exhibition on Japanese contemporary art from the 80's. It was a nice exhibition.
Nice and interesting museum. However, there are so many people and you may have to wait in a long que to buy a ticket. It is recommended that you come on a weekday. The restaurant serves excellent dishes.
Small and impactful. Spring the ¥1500 for the combined ticket to see the whole museum. It's more than just the pool illusion
Small museum with expensive exhibits. Can wait an hour in line for tickets. You can see the famous swimming pool exhibit for free from the pool deck (not underneath) and avoid the 1000 yen fee and long wait.
