Constructed in the first half of 17th century, in order to lay foundation stone of the family temple Tamahime, Tentokuin Temple has aced the test of time. The ancient temple is a major landmark and a popular tourist destination in Kanazawa. But this is just not your regular Japanese temple. The history of Tamahine family is beautifully portrayed in the form of play and the characters are dressed as dolls. Meditate and enjoy the great Japanese culture by visiting this incredible place.
