Dutch Fort, also known as Sadras Fort is located at the Coromondol Coast in Kanchipuram district. It was originally a temple of Lord Vishnu but was invaded by the British in the year 1818. Today, this legendary monument is maintained and restored by Archeological Survey of India. The ruin of this antique, timeless fortress is of tremendous historical value to the tourists and students of archeology.
