The intriguingly famous relic is a place once used as a Japanese naval radio station. The centre later became an interrogation facility under the Republic of China and a disciplinary camp during White Terror. Today, it houses hundreds of stories – of war and peace- that the city of Kaohsiung has witnessed till now. The complex of this centre has about nine site of interest including a communication facility, an original telegraph equipment, block houses, a blast resistant fort and more! Those who are visiting can actually explore a little considering many of these items are put on display for public. Brush up your knowledge on the history of the city.
