The Fongyi Gate or the East Gate of the main city gate is a Grade III architectural site and offers panoramic view of the Lotus Lake, Dragon Tiger Tower and the large green space adjacent to the pavilion. The gate features nine clams, each with the height of 157 centimetres and are neatly arranged being 46 centimetres apart on the exterior edge. The boardwalk through the Fongyi Gate will take you to the lawn area and will let you enjoy a peaceful walk around, exploring the other three gates.
