Home Chef Bob Restaurant Reviews Key Largo Bay Marriott Beach Resort I will say it short and sweet… it was everything we expected and more. Great rooms, beyond comfortable beds, beautiful grounds, nice pool, nice little beach and exceptional service though out. We were treated like royalty by everyone which made us feel very special yet we are average people looking for a much needed vacation. As for Gus’s Grille on the premises, everyone in that place is warm, friendly, and attentive making it right for all who step in. Best of all the food is great too. But I need to mention a few who went over the top with their services they were Christina the hotel concierge who helped in retrieving my wife’s lost wallet in Homestead with all her identification. And of course the fabulous Olivia who oversees Food and Beverage at Gus’s Grille for going that extra mile to make it all perfect. Thank you! We will never forget you.
Just stayed here for a weekend with my family and really enjoyed my time here but, I have only one major complaint, there was little ants scattered throughout our room. I killed 5-6 ants on the tv stand in my first 30 minutes in the hotel on our first day. That next day there was probably 10 ants I could see crawling around on our vanity before we took our things off. There was also some ants that wound come out of the lock on the front foot of the room. Like I said, I really enjoyed this hotel. The location was amazing and there was tons to do but rooms need to be cleaned and debugged.
Everybody here is very nice. The pool is great for kids, hot tub is nice and hot. Really nice place to bring the family. Kids can have a good time and so can you. 4 stars for the stay. I think we'd come back. Lacked a star cause the food could be better or at least priced for what you get. It's a resort and it will certainly please most everyone. We had a great time. The iguanas are cool...Go to monkey jungle for a day and check out some surrounding state parks. Eat off the resort and your trip will be awesome.
Loving it! Staff and service are fabulous!! Grounds are beautiful and so clean. Room is nice and clean although a little update is needed. Beds are phenomenal! So comfortable.
Make sure you bring doube the cost of your room when you visit here. Not only do they not offer free breakfast, you pay 15$ for parking for every night and the parking spots are not assigned for the rooms, and the cost of food/drinks is tipple bar prices. Oh and they tax twice for room/occupancy. The hidden fees and lack of amenities are very frustrating after already spending 200$ a night. Which turned into nearly 300$ a night and we DID NOT EAT THERE! Second star for location and wonderful view, bed was comfortable. However there are many many other hotels in the area and I will not be returning to this one.
