Florida Keys Eco Discovery Centre, Key West Reviews
This was a fun center. It had some nice wildlife and good explanations but was extremely small. It would be nice to see this place grow into a bigger discovery center. The employees were nice.
Great place to cool off if needed. Great park near by with a splash pad for kids. Free admission can't be beat. Has various exhibits that give a nice overview of habitats all over the Keys, above and under water. Not a destination by itself but combined with other smaller tours and exhibits, this fits in nicely on a "tour day".
Pretty neat little addition to my Keys experience. There were some pretty cool exhibits and large aquariums too. There was no fee to enter, but we left a little money in the donation box because it was pretty cool.
This free exhibit is really cute and has lots of interactive ways to learn about the Florida keys, the ecosystem, and the sea life. The staff is kind and invested in what they do. Definitely worth stopping by!
Wonderful little gem of a place to visit...and FREE! But do give a donation or buy something from the gift shop. Staff was GREAT!!
