West Martello Tower, Key West Reviews - Write a Review
Great place to visit. One of the few free things to see and do in Key West. Built in an old fort with tons of natural exhibits.
Beaitiful garden with easy parking. One of only a few places in Key West that are free. Definite worth a visit!!
“The greeter was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the walk especially the orchid garden. There was a visitor there with her bird in a stroller made it that much more special.”
I happened to walk past here once on a trip and I make it a stop every time I come now. This garden is unique for its setting and beautifully kept. You can also observe plenty of butterflies or sit in the shade on the old walls and watch the pelicans fish and the waves gently roll in. Admission is free but they accept donations which I think are more than warranted for what you get.
Breathtaking free gardens in an unfinished civil way fort. Definitely worth a thirty minute stop!
