The staff are friendly, the business conference room were very spacious and comforting. The overlooking of the lake views that this hotel has makes it all worth it. Lastly food was fresh and well elaborated. I would only suggest they improved the washroom toilets as they flushing system is not too strong but still does the job. Washroom amenities were still there like paper towel, soap, etc. Over all great site for business endeavours and family stayed.
The hotel is on the waterfront and right downtown. There's tons of sight seeing and places just walking distance form the place. The room was simple and clean. All the staff I encountered we're helpful and super friendly. If you're looking to stay a couple nights in Kingston I'd recommend here!
Great hotel with great staff! Located beautifially on the waterfront, walking distance to good eats and shops. Gym needs some love. And the walls are thin. Can hear showers next door.
I think the rooms were of good quality but service was horrible. I was there for a conference and a shuttle bus was taking me from the hotel to the conference. I didn’t know where the bus picked us up so I asked the front desk. The lady was very rude about her response, and her tone of voice implied that she thought I was stupid for not knowing. As well, when checking out I was waiting in front with my luggage. I heard this same lady and another colleague make fun of guests staying there. I just found these things so unprofessional and rude, and these are things I take into account when rating places on Google. I would not recommend staying here.
Very nice location. Way over price. The room need a refreshment. And it has a smell. Washroom not clean and old.
