The Star Diner, Kingston Reviews

  • Great place to eat. We had the all day breakfast. The food and service are great. Prices are on par with a small diner. I've never been disappointed here.

  • Great food. Great service. We came unannounced as a group of 20, and they served us without issue. My coffee cup was always filled. The whole order came out together. AMAZING JOB!!

  • My wife and I and our two grandsons quite enjoyed our late afternoon snack at the Star Diner. The boys each had a milkshake so large they struggled to finish it. Their grandparents shared a delicious, toasted tuna sandwich. The Star Diner deserves its name. It's like a diner from the 1950s with logos, several booths and pictures of celebrities from that period. There was a long line of stools to sit on. While the Diner took credit cards, it was a dial-up service. The service was friendly and efficient and it was pleasant to be able to watch the chef at work. We look forward to coming back for lunch.

  • Good food, decent prices, friendly staff.

  • Decent food, convenient location, although I'm not much for the 50s diner feel when it's fused with more modern stuff.
