We enjoyed our stay at Club Sevilla very much. The pool was well maintained and the grounds were neat and pretty. Our condo was very nice, with marble counter tops in the kitchen, a large fridge, a stove and dishwasher, and a decent selection of dishes. The only thing we would have changed were the beds. The second bedroom had two full/queen beds, which was great for our kids, but the master bedroom also came with a full/queen size bed and we would have preferred a king. Also, the sheets were a little scratchy (200 thread count maybe?) But the mattresses were comfy and all in all we had a really good time. Check in was quick and easy, which is always great after a long drive. I would definitely recommend this hotel/resort to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Orlando.
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time at Club Seville. Very accommodating. Housekeeping, activities, and maintenance were excellent. Maintenance eve reversed our refrigerator doors when we asked. Very clean and awesome pool. Met some very nice other guests also.
The property looked OK. The front desk staff was nice. Towel exchange lady was a bit off putting. Location was good. Close to the parks with decent distance to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store. They playground was a sand pit with the playground equipment. My kid was immediately filthy and didn't want to go back a second time. Room appeared clean, grout in bathroom didn't have mildew, no foul smells, sufficiently stocked with towels. Pleather sofa cushions were peeling. We chugged along cool. There were free roaming opossums wandering about. Our problem? The room smelled faintly of bug spray when we checked in. My husband smelled it. I didn't. First night, I saw 1 ant in the living room. No big deal. Second night ants in the kitchen sink getting in cups. Third day and onward, couldn't leave anything on any of the kitchen counters for any period of time. Covered in ants. They also got into any trash that you had in the room overnight. We didn't complain. Just threw away ruined snacks and put everything in the fridge immediately after use. I informed the front desk at check out and they confirmed they have an issue with ants because it's been raining so much.
We have been staying here yearly for 3 years now and continue to come back, they are super friendly and their comstomer service is superb! If you are planning a family trip to the nearby attractions this is the place to stay. They have full kitchens and a giant Jacuzzi tub in the Master bedroom, couch turns into bed and if you have a huge family they have attaching rooms with their own bathroom and what not. A really nice pool and a playground next to it, they also provide many activities for those days you don't feel like dealing with crowded parks. Overall its a great family experience!
You can tell it's a relatively newly renovated place, but there are details missing. The positives are the staff are friendly and there were washcloth swans in each of the rooms. The amenities seem pretty cool as well. The negatives are that there's a huge stain in the carpet (looks like nail polish), the closet in the master bedroom came off the track the first time we used it. The safe did something funky and won't let us back in it. And there are sugar ants all around the kitchen and front entrance hall. We're working with the staff but I'm not exactly sure how much progress there's been in fixing things.
