Clarence Brown Theatre, Knoxville Reviews - Write a Review

  • Our family loves this theater. We have season tickets. They are great for changing your ticket at the last minute if you cant make your date. NOT a bad seat in the house. Its Knoxville best kept secret. Love the actors too!

  • Quality plays (we saw Outside Mullingar) and very low cost tickets.

  • My wife and I have enjoyed several shows at the CBT, most recently "Outside Mullingar." We had seats near the back but could still see and hear perfectly. The steep rake helps with visibility. Also, the seats are more comfortable than the Bijou or Tennessee Theatres.

  • Great little theater on UT campus. There is a short little hike from the parking garage to get to the theater, but parking is free if you show your theater ticket.

  • VIOLET A HIT! Went to see a preview of "Violet" last Friday night because Charlotte Munson, who was the fabulous lead in "South Pacific" last spring, is cast in the title role again, plus the promise of a wide range of Southern music. Her voice is an absolute treasure! The music and musical talent on stage were an absolute delight!
