The Emporium Center For Arts And Crafts Reviews & Ratings
I recently got married at the Emporium and it was perfect! Suzanne was so helpful leading up to the event and the staff day of was great! Such a beautiful venue and I love that my money was going to support the local arts!
We went to see the Circle in the City modern dance show. The show was great but the sitting left a lot to be desired. We couldn't see below the waist on the dancers. Especially with modern, you really want to be to see the floor where the dancers spend some of their time...
Being able to be a part of this Venue has given me opportunities to display my art and to meet other artists. It is a place with character and a welcoming atmosphere. My favorite person who does So much for the Art Alliance is Suzanne Cada. She is amazing and will help you in any way she can. Her interest and ability to arrange meetings for professional growth has been an asset to us all.
We held our wedding and reception at The Emporium on 6/22/19, and it could not have been more perfect! I was worried the venue was going to be too small (we had around 100 guests) but we had TONS of space. We were able to have our bar, dinner buffet, 8 dinner tables, a DJ booth and 120 chairs for the ceremony all set up simultaneously. Suzanne was so helpful throughout the planning process and very quick to respond to my emails. She allowed us to change our ceremony date AFTER we signed our contract with no problem. The week of, I panicked that I didn't rent the venue for long so enough, so she let me add 2 additional hours. To top it off, our wedding coordinator was able to get the venue cleaned up and turned back over before the time on our contract, so Suzanne gave us back part of our rental fee ( very nice surprise!) I highly recommend!
Great place with artworks! New exhibits - monthly.
