  • This is the premier chill out, go to place. The gardens are beautifully manicured with walking trails and benches. Go and contemplate nature. Relieve your stress. Regain your strength. Meditate, if you do that. There's something about this place that can take the place of any drug for relaxation. Today, Tennessee Urology had the first annual 5k race/walk at the Gardens. Perfect setting for a worthy cause.

  • I was in the area and had a little extra time to wait until my next appointment. The gardens was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature’s bountiful colors. There’s so much to do and it’s free unless there’s a paying event. They test out new plants and display specimens that are good for our geographical area. Come visit!

  • Nice Gardens. Always in a state of becoming. As I suppose a University Garden should be. Even so a great place to stroll, gather ideas for landscaping. And just meander alone or together. The playground is a nice example of what a natural play place could be.

  • Always beautiful and one of the few places that can still be peaceful even when it's full of people. And if you ever get the chance to go to one odd the many seasonal plant sales UT has here, you absolutely should. They have goodies for any level of gardene.

  • The UT Botanical Gardens are a hidden gem in Knoxville! Lots of different landscapes, plants and beautiful waterfall, gazebos, and meandering paths. Something for everyone!
