Phaeng Waterfall - Review
Phaeng Waterfall is an impressive waterfall in ko pha Ngan for which you need to take a steep 250 meters jungle trail walking in order to reach its highest point. As you climb the point from which the waterfall originates, there would be a fantastic mountaintop viewpoint from where you can enjoy breathtaking views. Belonging to Thon Sadet- ko pha Ngan National Park, Phaeng waterfall is one of the largest on ko pha Ngan and is easily accessible. Phaeng Waterfall, Ko Pha Ngan Reviews
Beautiful park with a gorgeous view at the top! The waterfall had no water when we came, but the view was enough to make the trip worth it. A 30 min hike - which I loved as someone who doesn’t enjoy hikes often. Highly recommended for a day trip
This is the place that made our Panghan holiday complete. Amazing hike, beautiful jungle. Waterfalls are tiny, may be due to the season (we visited in June). Some parts of a trail look like you are in a fantasy movie (if you make a full circle). Total trip takes around 40-60 mins. Even little kids could make it. If you love nature, it's a must! Wear proper shoes and take lots of water.
Beautiful place. But there is not much water here in summer. 200 meters from the waterfall there is a viewpoint where you can see Pha-ngan from the top.
Really nice trail. Many great spots to take a bath in the refreshing fresh water.
Incredibly beautiful forest! The rocks and boulders around the stream are great for climbing, with lots of pools for cooling down. The beetles are extremely loud.
