Jain Temple - Review
Unlike most other religious sites in the city, this temple is quite new, built only about a century ago in 1904. Its architecture was inspired by the temples in Gujarat. It is an elegant and simple building of beige exterior and marble interior. Inside, there is an idol of the Bhagawan Shri Dharamnath, the 15th Jain Tirthankar. Birds usually flock around in their hundreds, fed by the people at the temple. Palm trees shade the temple's courtyard.

Jain Temple, Kochi Reviews
Great place. Cool and peaceful atmosphere. Iam a Hindu. Went there with a curiosity to know how it is like. Something similar to a Hindu temple.
Awesome Jain temple 15 close to Mattancherry jetty. Beautifully architectured temple worth visiting. A staff attached with the temple will give an introduction about the temple will take us around. The entry is free and the best time is to visit is around 11.45 noon. At that time, pigeons are fed and it is a sight to behold. It is the highlight of the temple visit. We will also get a chance to feed pigeons as courteous staff will give us rice to feed pigeons. Pigeons will pick them from our hands. Do not miss the sweet shops in the road.
Great experience of pigeon coming in our hand and taking food from our hand. A great great experience and moment.
Calm and quite place. During the noon time they feed birds here and it’s really nice to watch that. We can also participate in that. But the entry is limited for common people only during certain times . That is till 1:30 pm I guess.
Peaceful atmosphere . The architecture of this temple is derived from the style of temples from Gujarat. During the noon time they feed numerous pigeons .
