  • I was so disappointed with this hotel. I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at many 5-Star resorts in varies parts of the world. This hotel is not truly a 5-Star Hotel based on my experience. My room was cold for a stay in November. There was a musty smell coming from the hall and room carpet. Cobb webs hung on several walls and corners in my room; dust was all over the television. A used drinking glass with a lip print was placed as if it was cleaned for us to use. My room was so dark and oppressive; I felt like I was staying in a haunted house. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary; we almost left a day earlier. Room service was excellent along with the Staff who brought our food. Expect to go on a scavenger hunt when trying to use simple amenities such a gym. The costs, decor, cleanliness, and service given by the front desk does not line up with a 5-Star hotel. I will NEVER go back.

  • This place is fancy and awesome. It's a completely cool old style Americana hotel. The employees have top gays and everything. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway. It's mildly expensive but very worth it.

  • The service was excellent. My wife loved the spa. The Sunday brunch was wonderful. The tub & bathroom in the room are next level. This place will lighten your wallet in a serious way, but worth it for a special event.

  • It was a wonderful experience!!! The staff was exceptional!!! The food and drinks were second to nothing I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The spa is something everyone should experience at least once, however I hope to go back soon.

  • From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the customer service was exceptional! We loved the spa and our hotel. The only thing we really didn't like was the food at the hotel. We ordered breakfast both mornings we were there and we were not impressed. The coffee even made my husband and I feel queasy. And breakfast was not cheap, which I don't we mind paying if food was good. Whistling Straits was fantastic
