  • A very peaceful religious place. You can just sit here beside the bank of river Ganges, and feel relieved. And after that the most wondering thing is the temple's structure. Whenever you try to capture the temple it looks like a painting ! The scenic view is also very wonderful.

  • Neat and clean. No panda (priests) will problem like in Kalighat. You can peacefully offer your prayers. Ample space with nice ambience.

  • Well managed temple having large campus and cloak room service to keep your bag and shoes. Also have many food stalls and other stalls outside the temple. The view of temple is very good.

  • Quite an adventure getting up here from Sudder St. To be honest I didn't find it amazing. The ghats on the river were okay. The "village" feeling in the neighboring area was very interesting though! So, I'd say worth going there to explore around, eat at a temple restaurant, etc.

  • A nice, tidy and organized place just as seen and read in stories about it. Situated on the beautiful riverbank of river hugli. The location of it is a but tricky and there are almost no cab available on the doorstep of temple so commuting there is a bit hard if you are visiting there on your own. Otherwise the place is good. The mobile and other electronics are not allowed inside so one'll have to keep them at the counter outside of the temple. There's a little market like thing where there is almost nothing to purchase but there are bunch of shopkeepers constantly saying to come to Their shops. Try not to visit there.
