Eden Gardens, Kolkata Reviews - Write a Review
Concrete seats were fun. Plastic has taken the fun out of it. Old-timers know the fun of cramming 5 people in the space for 3, and standing and jumping on the seats. Another disappointment is the reduction in the number of fixture in each floodlight tower. Even with these changes, this place remains as charming as ever.
best crowd in thr world best spectator capacity in India now a days ground stuffs are very careful and quick pitch has changed from spinning slow track to green top. The all over view has improved too much. I love this ground as this ground has too many historical cricket records. Though the food stalls are very poor, quality of foods also very poor and too costly
The best cricket stadium in India and also one of the best stadium in the world..... If anybody wants to see cricket match then try to book ticket at L or K block. This blocks are covered by shadow through out the day....
Heaven of cricket. This stadium has capacity of 67000 people. Highest in India. Amazing ground. It's my most favorite place in Kolkata.
The stadium that carries memories since the BRITISH colonial period in India. One of the oldest and biggest CRICKET STADIUMS in the world and a MUST VISIT for the CRICKET LOVERS around the globe. Heart of Indian cricket and often termed as 'Mecca of Cricket' which used to hold a capacity of 1,20,000 (Now it holds, 65,000 and ranked third in the world by capacity).
