Full of Flowers, Full of Lovely Colours, Full of Fragrance. Most Inspiring Sight. We can see the Market from the Road above, which itself is a Magnificient and Memorable Sight. We can get any flower at this Place. Prices are Seasonal, but generally reasonable. Sight and Smell of Exotic flowers will make anyone forget about the lack of cleanliness of the Surroundings. In total, worthy place to visit to be among the Flowers which are Children of Nature.
I have never seen such a huge market in my life. You can enter to the market by getting down from the Howrah bridge. The arrival of flowers/leaves and other decorative stuffs starts at 4am in the morning, too much rush after 4am.u cannot enter the market if you are not used to big crowd. You find local labourers lifting huge load of flowers and walking around. Also you will find different varieties of flowers there. It's a must visit place if you are going to kolkota.
