Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu Reviews

  • It is well maintained. There are a lot of top brands and restaurants to choose from. They have a great cultural show in the front lobby area with amazing performers (I'm not sure if this is everyday though).

  • Imago is the biggest shopping mall in KK. You can buy a lot local foods cookies in here. It also sell the international famous things. Like Zara or Gap something like these. And you can eat in here too. The food comer sell a lot things.

  • This is my second review / comment for Imago Mall.. i failed to mention the entertainment options first time. I noted the cinema complex and the Escape Room. The escape room franchise is appearing in many shopping complexes and offer about one hour of frustrating fun to see if you can break the codes, crack the riddles and solvè the puzzles to enable you to escape. Some I have seen offer variations of theme rooms - if caught out on a rainy day or just wsnt something to do with others before eating out, this might be a fun choice.

  • This mall is so huge for a rural area and the downside is there are no seats available not even for the elderly. Only place you can sit is at the cafe or when you dine. The toilet cleanliness is an issue without hand soap and asked for toilet paper nobody seems to bother. So many cleaning staffs yet nobody does anything abt refilling toilet paper or hand soap. Escalators are situated super far from each other which is super inconvenient. Very weird design for a shopping mall.

  • There are a lot of shops available. From the most fabulous boutique till your favorite bookshop. You name it! This place's decor is constantly updated according to the seasons so you definitely won't feel bored looking at it. Enjoy!
