  • We are currently staying in this hotel since 2 weeks. The smell for smoke was extrem when we arrived. Everywhere you can see, how much there has been smoked. The walls are thin as paper and as the stay is cheap, you got many people in here, who don't give a sh... about other guests who maybe want to sleep at midnight. If you are in Tokyo for sightseeing and family time, you are definitively wrong here. We haven't had one quiet night out of 15, we are here until now. We had contact with customer service who responded really fast, but seriously, I could have wrote/called every night, so this a general problem about what kind of customers you attract with these rooms for the price. Worst vacation ever.

  • Great value for money. We just needed a room for sleeping and showering. What we got was just that as well as being clean and tidy. It was more than we bargained for considering how cheap it was.

  • The room was superb. Great value.

  • I found this hotel to be exceptional for the price. I liked it because it was close to a station and the rooms quite large compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about the non-English speaking staff because they understood me quite we and give me directions to the closest currently exchange business. I would stay here again.

  • Rooms are modest but comfortable, though the mattress is a little stiff. Past that, it's close to the metro and quiet at night so it's easy to sleep.
