I didn't come all the way to Thailand for a 3 star hotel. Overall nice, clean, and friendly. However, no alcohol allowed. Booked ocean view room and could only see jungle. Spent most of the time relaxing next to the beach bars 1km away.
This was our BEST honeymoon stay in Koh Lanta. Lovely and helpful receptionist. Rooms are amazing, clean and no mosquitoes. Just ask for some help with the air conditioning on arrival.
The resort is very beautiful and clean. Pick up was on time. Service in general was not very efficient.
My wife & I enjoyed our time here, 2016. It was what I expected to be based on my research. Stayed their during off season time.
Attacked by monkeys, cockroaches in the room and pick driver that was 40mins late. This hotel was just a series of unacceptable events, one after the other. The staff doesn't do anything, leaves dishes laying around all day (that's why the monkeys come), laughs when we complain about the cockroaches and when we call for the 3rd time saying the pick driver is still not where we're waiting for him they tell us "well you can pay a tuk tuk if you don't want to wait". Miserable experience, a shame since the hotel is beautiful.
