Brilliant.... We really enjoyed eating and drinking in there. We spent quite a lot in there... but it was worth it. The bar staff were friendly and extremely helpful and HRC is a great place for meeting people from various parts of the world.
I save my 5* reviews for when I have zero negative comments to make. This afternoon i easily give HRC Kraków 5*. It was mid afternoon on a Saturday, so not the busiest of times, but we were well looked after by very friendly (and smiling!) staff. The food was delicious, especially the starter platter for two. And the music was perfect, not too loud and a great selection. Thank you Hard Rock Kraków!!!
What can I say? It delivers exactly what you've come to expect, cocktails, American food, all served in a setting not un like some rockers boutique off mtv cribs. Great music & an even better view.
Hard Rock Cafe like any other. They have good food, nice cocktails and tasty Murphys beer. Everything is just a bit overpriced but still not bad for Cracow main square. Staff is pleasant and helpful. But the restaurant does get overcrowded in late dinner hours so you may want to consider making reservations if you want to come in bigger group.
Unfriendly service. Not all meals arrived around the same time (when 6 of us had finished eating, finally the order for the 7nd arrived). The bill was charged more than we had ordered Hard Rock Cafe Krakow is not recommended at all!
