The spa was a great experience. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, the facilities are excellent, team room and sauna pristine. The massage was great and very professionally administered. If they were in my city I'd take my friends
Very good hotel, great service, excellent facilities and great food
Restaurant has ok service and decent food, expensive for what you get. Not too fancy of a place yet prices say otherwise. 4 stars for prices and lack of atmosphere, it's just really plain.
Fantastic place. Good place to visit Krakow, close to the Old Town. Great service and very friendly staff. One of the best hotels in Krakow.
Good located, stylish and quite large sleeping room and bathroom (standard room on ground floor, street side). Wifi: both 12 MBit up and down. Limited TV channels.
