Established in 1966 on the ruins of an 19th century fort, Pszorna, this park was supposed to accomplish a lot more than it did. Today the 60 hectares of the park has cycling and walking paths, an educational garden filled with simple demonstrations of scientific concepts, the Krakow Arena, and two monuments to Polish pilots. However, the original plans had also included designs for an artificial ice rink, swimming pools, and an amusement park. Most of the trees are deciduous and shady, and various flowers bloom on the lawn. The pigeons, woodpeckers, magpies and starlings offers some entertainment to the birdies. However, unless you're already in the neighborhood for some other reason you don't need to go out of your way just to visit this park.

  • Great place for a walk and rest. It is also good for runs and exercises. You can find there an outside gym.

  • Nice place for walking, bike, running. Wi-fi

  • Beutifull place for rollerscaers or longborders, bicycle.Clean and neat very good place for relax in the big city like Krakow.

  • It's a nice park with playgrounds for children and a lot of space. But it could be improved if they would repair / replace broken cement stairs, this could be dangerous for people which are not so good at walking.

  • It's a good park for walking around and bicycling.
