This is a pretty new exhibit in the center of Krakow's Main Market Square. Opened just in 2016, the museum exhibits characters from the history of Poland but also personalities well known around the world today. This includes everybody from Mother Teresa, Saint John Paul II, and Pope Francis, to Johnny Depp and Spiderman. The various rooms of the Museum are thematically presented to represent various periods from the 20th century. This includes the period between World War 1 and World War II, World War II itself, the years of the Cold War and the last years of the millennium. Since this is so easily accessible the museum is worth a quick stop.

  • I went there yesterday with my daughter we had a great time as you can have good amount of time and fun with all that it's there. Some of them look very realistic.

  • 20 zlotys (price for a student) well spent, if you’re a friend of kitsch and popes. A Polish version of Madame Tussauds!

  • What is served is not related with menu, it is not tasty and portion is quite small (scrambled eggs). I returned the plate but they charged me the price. I strongly NOT recommend!

  • A couple of good wax figures.. rest could just as well be mannequins with a bit of colour in the face

  • Too much for limited exhibition. If cost was half the price would be more worth it.
