  • A five-stars hotel indeed. Most staffs are welcome, warm, and truly helpful. All the facilities are amazing! However, I met this ONE female staff when I was breakfast with my son, and she really annoyed me because she want to 'escort me out' from the room because my son talk to me in a lil bit 'too loud' voice. He's a 2 years-old child, GIRL, chill out. Every 2 years-old children talks in a pretty loud voice. This kind of staff doesn't make anyone comfortable with her kind of "words". Still, it's just her, not the hotel. So.. thumbs up for Hyatt on keeping up the magnificent work! Love it.

  • Best place to stay in KL. amazing tower view from room and shower . Shower also has a privacy option to frost the windows. Amazing gym, pool and breakfast. Upgrade to club for exclusive access to their club lounge with amazing free cocktails.

  • It really looks high classed. The food at 38th floor is really good. It was really amazing. The waiters there were also really polite and they could really entertain us with the food and the songs they sang for us. Overall, the visit to Grand Hyatt Hotel was really pleasant.

  • Very nice hotel with a great view of twin towers. Food is good but expensive. Tables by the window have a minimum spending of rm600 or above. Since food is quite expensive here, you can easily reach that limit with 2 people and drinks. The wagyu, lobster and sashimi are good here.

  • Nice hotel in very central location. Stuff was very kind. Very well prepared for those who need to take shower and so after the check out before flying home. But later chackaut is unfortunately not too much possible only in case paying half rate you can stay till 6. The rooms are nice and I loved shadable glass wall between room and bathroom. We got the view on Petrona Towers and it's worthy! Only problem we had was the reconstruction of the swimming pool during operating hours of the pool I don't see as a acceptable solution to bring earplugs to your customers.:( We as well didn't love the fact that from entrance floor you need to go all the way up to the roof lobby and than change elevator and go to your room below.
