Pumpkin ice cream totally Delish! Will drop by again. A request, do try an open an outlet in the Klang area as well. Thank you.
The ice cream tastes great (tried charcoal vanilla, almond crunch smoothing and durian) although everyone hast quite some coconut subflavour. This is not really a problem but just means that different flavours have one thing in common. I don't know if any of the other flavours are based on a more neutral milk. The almond cones are very good as well. Last but not least the staff is super friendly. I am not vegan or vegetarian but definitely enjoyed this.
The baked chocolate donut does not have the texture of a normal donut. The ice creams are good, just that they tend to have a coconut milky taste as they use coconut milk for the base for most of the ice creams. The raw vegan chunky peanut cheesecake (shown in photo) is rather soft so it is not firm as I would have liked it to be. Loving Cafe still makes the best raw vegan cheesecake in Kuala Lumpur.
Great service plus very good food. Ice-cream haven especially for the lactose intolerant. They use coconut milk or cashew milk for their ice cream and their vegan and/or gluten wraps are delicious.
These days, I'm extremely conscious about what I put into my body, which makes eating out more difficult. What I love about Kind Kones is their products are chemical free! Because being vegan doesn't always mean you find the healthiest things out there. My absolute favourite dessert has to be the straight up chocolate cake. They tell me the flax "egg" is what makes it so moist. I'm really enjoying how there are more healthy vegan/vegetarian options appearing in the KL food scene!
