Makam Pahlawan is considered as a national cemetery of Malaysia where several late Malaysian leaders and politicians have been buried. People usually visit this burial ground after visiting the National Mosque located nearby. The cemetery has a concrete dome which is built in the Mausoleum style of architecture. A few of the notable personalities that were buried here include the 2nd and 3rd prime minister of Malaysia along with the 2nd and 5th deputy prime ministers.
