The Bird Park - Review
Though it can be considered part of the Lake Gardens, this attraction charges a hefty fee for its charms. The 21 acre public aviary is one of the largest covered bird parks in the world. Three thousand birds covering about 200 species make this an indispensable visit for birdies. Before you visit, check out the feeding times for various species of birds such as ostriches, lory, hornbill, eagle and storks. The park is famous for its 3 zones in which the birds are allowed to fly free, in habitats that closely resemble their natural homes. These zones include areas such as Flightless Bird, Hornbill Park, Flamingo Pond, and Brahminy Pond.
The Bird Park is one of the attractions added in 2 days in Kuala Lumpur. Must visit this awesome attraction.

The Bird Park, Kuala Lumpur Reviews
Great place to visit with kids and family. Well maintained and generally clean. Some birds are free roaming so photo opportunities are abundant. Feeding is available for certain parts of the park - feeding the parakeets would be fun for kids. The water birds area is landscaped beautifully with a nice shady rest area behind the curtain of man-made waterfall. The Bird School (education section) can be improved with more interactive educational exhibit and more human involvement of the staff/park rangers.
I am an adult and usually these kind of places are for young kids. Yet, I thoroughly enjoyed my walk through this park and even got to witness a giant pelican hunting for fish in the various ponds. It was a stunning thing to witness. The place is covered in a lot of bird poo, but the staff is very attentive and do their utmost best to clean up the place. You can see peacocks making mating calls and dances right in front of you. This is a must place stop for all people who come to visit Kuala Lumpur. 5 stars!
The KL bird park is one of the must visits if you're a traveller and visiting KL. You'll see so many bird you never even knew existed and the ones you knew existed will leave you shocked on sight. There's plenty of birds around which are flying freely and some which are enclosed in caged for expected reasons. The bird park is full of things to do and see. You'll easily kill 2 hours in the park. Aside from the birds themselves there's also monkeys you'll see around the place. The bird park also features a bird show which is great and I would recommend to everyone. I would highly recommend this place to all who visit KL.
Lovely sanctuary. Worth visiting. Never seen such a wonderful site of love birds earlier. The photo shop is amazing with a collection of very responsible birds. I would love to come back. God bless you all
Definite go to place. You will never regret going to this place. All are the birds are out in the open. You can feed the birds. You can take pictures with the birds. You can give milk to parrots. They will sit all over you. A must go to place if you visit malaysia.
