Ho Ann Kiong Temple, one of the oldest in the city, dates back 1796. It is located along the streets of Chinatown and is a hidden gem in Kuala Terengganu. It was rebuilt in the early 1800s and also suffered extensive damage in the fire of 2010. Even though it was refurbished after the fire, the old charm of the temple can still be seen today.
