  • The zoo located in Kufri is very good place to hangout for kids. The zoo provides a good opportunity for kids to look at variety of Himalayan animals like Himalayan bear, leopard, dears and many species of birds. It takes around 1 hour to roam around the entire area. It also has a small museum which if time permits one can see. The well maintained toilets are at the starting itself. There is also a small snack counter at the exit gate but it does not have many options. The parking facility is available on payment basis. It would be good to wear sport shoes as the path within the zoo is little uneven. You can rest for a while and enjoy the surrounding near the bird cage where there is ample space to sit and enjoy sun specially in winter.

  • Mini zoo. Ok condition. Clean and peaceful however. You can see the animals from pretty close as they tend to come to the fences very often. Has multiple viewing stand for carnivores, so you can have a better angle. The birds section is in very bad condition. Not a lot of species there but leopard and brown bear should be enough of a reason (Hey, it's a mini zoo).

  • This zoo is has a very good scenic view but very less animals are there. I went there when too much snow was there, it was full covered by snow. That's why it was having superb view at that time.

  • Good zoo. Few animals are there but they kept in there in their natural habitat as possible it can. There is leopards, bears, monkeys, dears, musk dear etc variety of birds species. Please don't litter the zoo and don't feed the animals. For photography with professional camera or DSLR you have to pay extra charges but with mobile camera you didn't have to pay anything. Tuesday park close. Hope review will be help to you. Enjoy.

  • Very peaceful hill station and snow falls place. All around view is very nice.
