Himalaya Nature Park Reviews & Ratings

  • Except for few deers, birds and brown bears, no other animal could be sighted. There were signboard of leopard everywhere with no real signs of it. But the roughly a kilometer long trail was beautiful, pleasant and silent. The steps are also easy to walk. There are chairs all along the path to relax. Overall a nice place to visit but keep the expectations of sighting animals very low. Also be careful of the monkeys outside the exit gates, they can chase you for your food.

  • My son and I love this place. Not too many animals but very good nature walk. Very clean. Leopard and Brown Bear are available there. Important note timing on Google are not right, it is open from 9 am till 6:30 pm in summers at least. So enjoy.

  • It was a great experience to be there. We saw many animals in their own habitat. This was basically the best thing about this place.

  • It was a very memorable trip ever with decent weather. We were visiting here during our hostel trip , I still vividly remember the mesmerizing environment and decent atmosphere . It was on last October therefore there's no snow and not that much cold , the weather was a little more than moderate so it was pleasant. We saw different types of animal including bear , deer etc they were so adorable. There was a small coffee shop inside the zoo as well so if you get hungry while touring it's very convenient as well. Anyway it was an amazing experience I'd never forget , hopefully one day I might visit again. There you go bye have a nice day 😊 Bye

  • Very poorly maintained. The authorities can do a far better job. People were driving the birds and animals crazy and there was nobody to maintain some discipline. The enclosures were in a bad shape. I truly feel that few animals (leopards, bears, some varieties of deers and some varieties of birds) that were there do deserve better.
