Cascading down a cliff of jagged rock, this 100 foot high waterfall, falling in five spectacular steps, has carved quite a nice picnicking area right in the middle rubber country. It’s a beautiful place, and great trekking region. It’s best to come early in the morning, and to bring a change of clothes. The waterfall isn’t the only thing in your itinerary though. Above the waterfall you’ll find a cute St. Mary’s Church. The drive over the falls is quite scenic too. Also, visit the popular attractions in the city by following Kumarakom itinerary 3 days.

  • Its really a well maintained and beautiful place to visit. You can enjoy the cool water as long as you wish. Some points are risky due to sliperry rocks. It's a good location to visit for simple one day trips from near by locations.you will find the time being well spend if you are interested in water .the place is famous among college students . Avoid small children's from accessing the water body which seems deeper for them .there are good restaurants on the way.

  • Very beautiful waterfall in the village side. Mostly monsoon season will be more attractive. Surrounded by rubber plants and very friendly innocent villagers around.

  • Beautiful waterfalls. The sound of water falling will erase away all your stress. The area has arrangements to see the waterfalls from close distance. Entering the waters is not advised due to the strong flow. Good as a local tourist place.

  • lovely place.. i bet it will make you fresh.. but you should visit this place in rainy seasons... or else you will miss the experience...

  • A quick halt. Hardly waterfall and no stream as such. A cool ans serene place to have a small walk and probably quick shower
