Kuta, like the rest of Bali has a Tropical, humid weather all year round. There are two distinct seasons- Dry and Rainy with no distinct fall or autumn. In spite of this, Kuta is known for a few exceptionally dry days during rainy season and unpredicted rains during the dry season. There is constant humidity of around 80 percent all year round.
Dry Season: April to September is the Dry season with around 25- 27 Degrees Celsius temperature. The Dry season is considered the best time to visit Kuta for the beaches are clean and Kuta is at its best.
Rainy Season: October to March is the rainy season but the rains are unpredictable with days when the rains pour incessantly while other dayswitness a few hours of rain followed by a sunny day!
The beaches can get pretty dirty during the rainy season because of the debris washed up on shore during January and February. This time may not be a great time to visit Kuta if you are a beach bum!
Kuta is kind of controversial for a planned visit, majorly because it is suited for a range of activities all year round. Tourist flock to the village during New Years Eve even though it is rainy season!
