Honke Daiichiasahi, Kyoto Reviews

  • The food is amazing! I don't know what they put in it, but I have never had ramen that good before or since. Truly delicious. I'd come back to Japan just to eat here again.

  • Rich pork shoyu broth with fatty, tender pieces of pork. Solid gyoza as well. Definitely can see why this place is so damn popular. Definitely not the best ramen there is but is certainly among Kyoto's greatest easily accessible joints.

  • Solid ramen, good value. Basic, little greasy but tastes great. Like a street taco from a random truck.

  • One of the top 5 meals I've had in my life. Definitely the best ramen I've ever had. Absolutely check this place out

  • Amazing ramen, really tasty broth with pork that melts in your mouth. It's the best ramen I've had in all Japan so far. The dumplings are good too.
