Service was very attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. Everyone was really nice and the atmosphere was great. Well worth it. We loved the philosophy behind the restaurant. Great work guys!
We had an absolutely incredible dinner here tonight. The food, the atmosphere and the cultural experience was simply marvellous. Thank you for providing us with an intimate, authentic Japanese dining experience that catered to those who require gluten free food! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough 😁
Epic place to learn the food that Samurai liked and enjoy. The owner knows his history and every dish and item on the plate had explanation and great flavor. They are passionate about their preparation and presentation. It's an experience worth the necessary reservations. The beef is worth it.
amazing food! we started with the samurai salad, bonito, and fried tofu which were all amazing. then we had the vegetable and tofu hot pot which had the best vegetable broth. our waiter was also extremely nice. highly recommend this restaurant!
I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place. Not only it's situated in historical building, it has great food and one of best services that I've met in Japan. If you want to eat more traditionally and are not affraid to pay a little extra for your meal (because ingredients are bought at local farmers), then this is the place. Not only that you're served a meal, you will also have a little spice of history with it. The staff also matches the place with service - one of best place with really good English, who eagerly answer all questions. This spot is also suited for vegetarian and vegans.
