  • We stayed one night after being in the porkies for 5 days. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Thank you Kristen. The showers were clean and hot. Quiet park.

  • Fantastic state park! Has running water and electricity at the sites, hot showers, modern toilets, friendly staff, everything you need to camp. We stayed in the teepee with three kids and three adults and it was amazing. Great adventure with a different twist. Best part is I didn't have to set up tents, canopies, or even beds. The only drawback was how close the highway is to the campground, but a basic set of earplugs resolves that completely! We absolutely loved it and will return again as soon as possible.

  • Great run place. Campsites very nice. Parts were under construction when we were there or they would recieve 5 stars. Great location.

  • It is very very clean, however, it is right next to the very loud highway traffic (big semis hauling). If you're looking for rustic at all this is NOT the place for you. Again very well maintained. . . Looks like there is an option for a teepee rental in the summer time. There's also a cute little "cabin" here to rent. Shower facilities, plumbing and an optional pit toliet if you really want to use it.

  • Gotta have a "Recreational Passport" to stay there - $9/ day or $33/ year. $18 / night in addition to the passport. Looked nice though & the attendant was super nice & helpful.
