The L'Anse Township Park and Campground is located just 3 miles north of L'Anse on the Skanee Road. Set on the sloping hills, this park offers stunning views of the Lake Superior and Keweenaw Bay. The park site also has an interesting history associated with it. This was the first trading post and the original townsite of L'Anse.
